PESHAWAR: Provincial government NWFP, while ordering investigation into the incident that involved young girl being publicly flogged in Swat Valley, has directed Malakand administration to compile report soon.

According to statement released from here, spokesman provincial government and minister for information Mian Iftikhar Hussain has deplored the lashing of 17-year-old girl in public strongly and said neither humanity allow to perpetrate such brutality and atrocity nor did it is legitimate according to Islam.

Spokesman said Malakand administration has been directed to present report on incident soon.
